We were disappointed and not impressed. First, the pilot was awesome!!
The plane was hot and very stuffy. The pilot warned us about that before we took off. That was miserable.
I called before booking to make sure this was the best way to see 3,000 ft waterfall…that was of utmost importance to us. The girl who answered phone said yes.
I found out that wasn’t true at all. The best way is by helicopter. We didn’t get to see it due to cloud cover. So all she wanted to do was make sure a sale was made. That was upsetting. I don’t recommend this if you want to see the 3,000’ waterfall and are negatively effected by small hot confined spaces.

Aloha Trisha,
Thank you very much for your valuable review. We apologize for not being clear of the capability of an Airplane versus a helicopter. As you seen on the tour the airplane will still allow you to see 75% of the island that you can't get to any other way, however, airplanes have limitations on how slow and low you can go. The experience you were looking for seeing 3000' waterfalls can only be accomplished with a helicopter that is capable of hovering. Helicopters are extremely fun, I personally fly helicopters as well, but it is also very expensive to operate. A typical 50 minute helicopter tour is $325-359 per person versus an airplane for $169 per person.
Once again we apologize for the confusion and are very thankful that you wrote this review to help others decide the kind of aircraft and pricing they would be interested in.
Mahalo!
