Rolling through the heart of China Town and in to Tom McCall Waterfront Park, our first stop is at the Japanese American Historical Plaza for a bit of history and a look at the ever changing cityscape.
2
Eastbank Esplanade
Continuing on, participants experience world class bike paths and scenic vistas of the Portland skyline along USA's longest floating bike and walkway.
3
Tilikum Crossing
Continuing to meander along the Willammette river takes us across the bridge named after the The Chinook word for "of the people". From the top enjoy vistas of local volcanos Mt Hood and the famed Mt St Helens.
4
Portland State University
After crossing the Willammette we will ride up to Portland State University to enjoy the Park Blocks, and if it's the Saturday 10am tour - you'll get to enjoy the splendor of Oregon's Largest Farmers Market.
5
Portland Art Museum
Continuing along Portland's masterfully designed city layout and bike infrastructure we will roll through the Arts District. Home the the Portland Art Museum, Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, and The Oregon Historical Society.
6
Powell's City of Books
We will continue our ride into the Heart of Portland's Core. Nothing is more central to the Portland culture than books. We will point out the world's largest independently owned book store, an entire 5 story city block of books, maps and gifts!
7
Pearl District
Our final stop is in the Pearl District. One of Portland's finest and newest neighborhoods. We delve into the history of how this once collection of rundown warehouses became the cultural mecca of craft beer and art that is today.
8
Old Town
Lastly we will ride onto our final destination at our bike shop in Old Town. Cycle Portland has been renting bikes and providing tours since 2008. Also, we're a beer and wine bar with tons of funky socks and a lifesize statue of a naked biker designed by Wyden and Kennedy, of the "Just do it" nike fame.

Great to see Portland through this biking tour. The tour guide is friendly and is resourceful. The ride itself can be a workout but is worth it!

What a great way to be introduced to Portland! We were able to see all sections of Portland, stop and get some history. Our tour guide Keegan was delightful. I highly recommend this trip.
