The airboat operator, Babyface, was very fun and interacted a lot with everyone. (I would give just the boat ride itself a 5/5 because of him!) We were only able to see one baby alligator and a few birds but obviously that was out of his control. I do wish the website or any of the reviews had mentioned that it’s best to go early because of the heat. We would have most definitely planned our timing better. The gator show was pretty boring and full of awful jokes. More facts about the alligator or more interaction with the animal at all would have helped a bit. We had more fun just watching the gators after the show versus the show itself. The picture with the baby gator was very cute but extremely rushed. It would be nice if they had more than one photo station going so that the children could actually see the animal for a few minutes aside from the alligator being thrown in their hands and immediately taken away. It was kind of sad to see that one alligator had to be handed off hundreds (likely thousands) of times and it was easy to see that it was agitated. The pricing of additional photos were extremely reasonable as well as the cafe food. While it was a nice experience, we likely won’t return.

We were looking for last minute ideas and saw the Everglades Airboat tour. It was fun and exciting. We didn't have to do a reservation. It was fun

Unable to find the location of the boat office. Spent 2hrs looking for the place in the middle of shipyard with temp over 90 degrees.
