Loved our guide, Mark. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Made sure we all had a good time. Loved the two boat trips thru a bit of the Sawgrass Everglades and the Thousand Island mangrove islands. Nature Trails were interesting. Lunch was delicious. It was wonderful having someone else drive and give a bit of history and information about what we were passing.

This was an incredible experience and booking was very easy. Pete reached out to us the day before to schedule a pickup spot since we weren't staying in a hotel. If you're worried about that part, just don't! They've got you covered. Pete - you've got an awesome experience here! Our tour guide Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We were already learning a lot about the land, birds, and foliage on the ride to our first stop. An airboat ride through the Everglades is the best way to start! Right off the bat, you're seeing a ton of alligators, turtles, birds, and native plants. We got extremely close to the gators which allowed amazing photo shots! Also, the gift shop is great here! Next, you get to do a nature walk and see the plant life up close. Once again, Mark is super informative! Not up to the 2/3 mile walk? Mark pointed out a great shady spot for anyone who wanted to wait for the group (and even made sure safety precautions were in place just in case - seriously, so sweet!) Lunch was preordered for us. The food was fresh and delicious! The spot changes during the middle of the summer, but I'm sure the other restaurant is just as good (and we were told it's air-conditioned - there ya go, summer travelers!) Last - but NOT least - you'll do a boat ride out in the Mangroves. My personal favorite part! We got to see several dolphins, and the captain even got a mama and baby dolphin to play in the waves behind our boat! He knew spots for manatees and saw fish, as well. This last stop picks up and drops off at the Smallwood Museum - amazing history here, as well! On the way home, Mark even knew spots where we'd potentially see manatees - and we saw 4! The cutest water potatoes. Overall, you'll leave more knowledgeable and with a big love for the Everglades! Don't hesitate to use this company. Worth every penny!!
