Winter Dress Code will be enforced. Dress code is business attire; no T- shirts, shorts, athletic wear of any kind. it is recommended gentleman wear slacks, a collared shirt and no open toed shoes. Jackets are not required.
Summer Dress Code will be enforced. Business Casual Jeans are acceptable as long as they are not ripped or torn; dress shorts acceptable. Collared shirts. No cut off tank tops, athletic wear, swimwear or sneakers/ flip flops
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250 Pounds (112 kgs). will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
Valid Government ID is required to board the flight. ID must match the names on the ticket. It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved air carrier with a fraudulent ID
Please note all menu items are subject to change and change seasonally. Drinks at the restaurant are available to purchase directly on the night and are not included in the tour price. If you have any dietary restrictions, please advise at the time of booking so these can be accommodated as much as possible.

The views are breathtaking from the helicopter, but my favorite part of this experience is the food. Omg the steak with the bone marrow is life changing! You’ve gotta try it! The best steak ever! The view from the restaurant is also amazing. We had a nice view of the fountains.

It was supposed to be my girlfriend’s 24th birthday and the day was ruined by the rude service and unexpected complications of this booking. There was no VIP treatment and everything that they say on Tripadvisor was the complete opposite way. Everything was backwards we had to find our own ride to the restaurant then we were picked up from the restaurant and taken to the flight. TripAdvisor stated that we would be picked up from my hotel to go on the helicopter ride and then on to the dinner but that was all the opposite which was inconvenient for us. After finding our own ride when we reach the restaurant we were properly seated and served a limited menu with a total of 4 items to choose from being one appetizer two entree’s and one dessert. This is where the frustration started to set in as I was told that if we wanted to order anything else besides that we would have to pay out of pocket. Therefore we were forced to eat the items from the menu which we had little taste for. Dessert was pretty good all tho the entree’s were very small portions due to us being allergic to mushrooms. To top it off we were charged an extra $25 for water that came in a glass bottle. We were offered the water from the server not knowing that he was tricking us into an up-sell. I’m from New York where water is free so that was a complete shocked to us to receive a bill at the end for $25 after booking a $600 deal. Least to say the dinner was not worth one penny. The view was pretty nice and that’s About it. I’m completely disappointed in that. We were then escorted to our ride where our driver was a little less polite and quiet rude to us when I inquired about different booking packages. Had to wait a while for the other couple causing us to be late so when we showed up to the flight we were rushed into the helicopter with minimal safety training. I believe our flight was cut short as well. It was more like 10 minutes than 15. So I hope this shines light to it’s just not worth the money. You’re better off just booking the helicopter ride and making dinner reservations on your own. I would like to be contacted immediately to see how you guys can make this right.
