Kenai Fjords National Park

At the edge of the Kenai Peninsula lies a land where the ice age lingers. Nearly 40 glaciers flow from the Harding Icefield, Kenai Fjords’ crowning feature. Wildlife thrives in icy waters and lush forests around this vast expanse of ice. Native Alutiiq relied on these resources to nurture a life entwined with the sea.

We loved our adventure. We had never used crampons or done any ice hiking. My wife was anxious about it. It was a great trip. The guides were super knowledgeable and patient and professional. They were also so enthusiastic about the whole experience—they love what they do. Super fun to see all the glacier features. We loved it and my wife wants to do more ice hikijg adventures!

Incredible experience! We, 3 friends, went on this hike with our incredible guide Nate! The hike was a perfect blend of normal hiking + trekking on the glacier. Nate was extremely knowledgeable about many things and answered our so very many questions. We appreciated how communicative and helpful he was while we were on the glacier. We all had a blast, would definitely recommend this trip!
