Grateful to be whale watching this season from Lahaina, Maui!

Eye-level whale watching onboard our low-to-water small group rafts.

Native Hawaiian owned and voted TripAdvisors Traveler's Choice, Hawaii Ocean Rafting has been Maui’s original ocean rafting experience for more than 30 years. Our small group tours make for a fun, family style experience. Although whales are protected in Hawaii, they often approach our small boats for closer and eye level whale encounters.

Off season (Summer) join us for 2 Hour Dolphin Watching Tours.

We are just a short drive from Kaanapali, Kahana, Napili, Kapalua and other West Maui accommodations. And a fun destination for visitors staying in Kihei or Wailea.

Departure and Return will be in Lahaina Maui- always arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure time so you don't miss boarding your boat!

2 Hour or 1.5 Hour Eye-Level Adventure Whale Watch Tour (Seasonal Dec-April) 2 Hour Eye-Level Adventure Dolphin Watch Sightsee Tour (Seasonal May-Nov) Your tour will include marine mammal encounters, sightseeing from the ocean and educational talks from our marine naturalist guides! Enjoy small group low-to-water rafting vessels for Maui's best eye-level ocean encounter!

Boat crew didn’t seem happy to be there, we were to board according to position and that did NOT happen. We noticed correct boarding on the boat next to us. This was a free for all and we were supposed to be in first position. You live and learn, will not do this particular co again. That said. The young lady checking us in was absolutely wonderful!!!! She was so kind and so receptive to questions.
