Embark on a journey to view and photograph the aurora borealis in and around the greater Fairbanks area. Aurora Borealis portraits and photo instruction included. We will use our luxury tour vehicle as a base camp as well as an authentic Alaskan cabin with wood stove and hot drinks.

What To Expect

Fairbanks

The aurora borealis is one of the most amazing natural wonders on earth. Join us on a quest to view and photograph the northern lights in and around the Fairbanks area. Depending on the nights weather conditions we may head out to our cabin with a cozy fire, or head out on a chasing tour. The length of the night out and final location will depend on cloud cover and strength of aurora. Our team will reach out to you via forecast phone call between 3:00pm - 5:00pm to provide details on the pickup time, tour length, and destination for the night.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Steve was very knowledgeable and quite willing to share that knowledge. He took great care to make sure that everyone got the most out of the experience. While other tour groups sharing the lodge with us left at 2am, Steve stayed until 4am so that we could have the greatest chance to see the northern lights. He even stopped along the road going home to catch just a minute of the 'dancing lights.' As a solo attendee, Steve made sure that I was not left out and understood all that was going on.

Our scheduled night was cloudy so they postponed it one night hoping for clear skies. Chris our driver was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The little cabin was warm and the sky show was great.

From the very beginning the communication was excellent and super helpful!!! I was very skeptical that they were portraying this company as doing things that maybe that couldn't fulfill. We were so very wrong!!! EVERYTHING they promised was exactly how it happened! Chris was an excellent driver and host to our van load!!! He made the trip so fun and he took such good care of us!!! Thank you so much for a once-in-a-lifetime bucket list adventure!!! We will be sending friends to enjoy this wonderful experience!!! We highly recommend the company, the adventure, and Chris, the driver! The northern lights were just a dancing for us!!!!
