Thank you for visiting the Field Museum. The Early Access tour is one of four ticket packages guests can select when purchasing tickets through Viator. The Early Access tour description notes that guests receive a one- hour early entry with a personalized tour. It is a great way to see the Museum before the general public arrives and take pictures without the crowds. Guests start their visit with a personalized tour of the Field's awe-insipiring and ever-popular Griffin Halls of Evolving Planet and spend time with SUE the T. rex. SUE is the world’s largest most complete T. rex ever discovered. After the private tour, guests are free to explore the Museum on their own. The museum will appeal to visitors who have no comparison to others. We were personally very disappointed. The exhibits are mostly poorly made and the technology is ancient. Time seems to have stood still in the 70s and there is no wow factor. A waste of time. If you also have to spend $30 on parking, the atmosphere doesn't get any better.
