This was a wonderful boat tour with highly knowledgeable and engaging naturalists. Saw several crocodiles and many egrets and other wetland birds, and the highlight was a playful pod of dolphins that swam near the boat and did jumps and flips right there in the bay. A great way to experience the Everglades, and well worth the long drive into the park!

We were originally planning to do an airboat tour in Everglades NP. There are only 3 tour operators in the park, all on the north end, and the reviews made me question doing that. In the end, we chose this boat tour and did not regret it. The tour operator was full of good info and answered all questions pleasantly. We saw plenty of birds, ducks, and alligators. They also advised us that we could see manatees in the marina, and that was certainly true. I was happy that we could go all the way to Whitewater Bay. I would not want to do this tour in a hotter month, or with bugs, but the weather for us was perfect. We went on the first tour of the day at 9.

The naturalist was very knowledgeable about the Everglades plants and animals. She pointed out so many things and patiently answered everyone's questions. The boat ride was pleasant - not too short and not too long. We got to see a crocodile, a manatee, and plenty of interesting birds and plants.
