This experience was better than we ever expected! We purchased the rice td and transportation package and it was so worth it! Joshua gave us the ultimate VIP treatment from the minute he picked us up at our hotel. During the ride he let the kids watch videos on gators and gave a ton of information! The Everglades were beautiful and we saw 4 gators along our ride. The food and drinks prices are kept on the lower end which was great for large families. Our guide Joshua made sure we knew where to be, what to see and just made the experience above all our expectations! So glad we visited and did the Florida Everglades airboat!

Didn't meet my expectation at all. It may be good for kids or adults with of intellectual capacity not passing an elementary school. 60 mph you get for less than 30 seconds. Then it gets to a Grand Canal and starts turning in the circles after every alligator tail. Like, you know what turning in the toilet before flushed down. Sorry for being so negative, but it is just other tourist ripoff. The show is a disaster, and most of time you spend there is in the souvenir shop. Perhaps the whole day toure is better, but this one I definitely I don't recommend.

Amazing tour guides, just okay experience. Felt the Viator description was WAY off and actually included lies. I am heartbroken that my entire vacation was centered around going to the Everglades National Park and despite the website saying that’s where they go, that’s not where they drove us! I am on a life long journey to go to each park and they dropped us off at holiday park where we didn’t go deep enough to find alligators. So beyond pissed but it wasn’t Dylan or Al’s faults

Before you put any comments better learn more about. Everglades is huge river or Swamp starting from Okeechobee lake and going all way down to Atlantic Ocean south. All area is connecting together including National Park.
