Amazing experience. Our guide for the day was amazing. Thanks to Joshua and all the staff! What a day! We saw 5 gators in the Everglades.

Fantastic experience. I have been to the everglades previously but this was a first for my father, niece, and nephew (76, 14, and 12) I was called the previous day and was asked to come in the afternoon instead of the morning, which was great because we could sleep in. We were picked up at our Ft Lauderdale resort and our shuttle driver made sure we were taken care of the entire time. He even found us in the gift shop to hand us our group/family photo with the baby gator. Really great guide that got us a very memorable encounter with alligators on our boat ride. We are all still talking about it.

When booked this tour on Groupon it was very deceiving. Also location for pickup was cancelled and was t notified that this location was not longer a pickup. The person I was speaking to was very rude. When I asked him why the pickup had changed without notification. I also said the trip said that we were in a boat not a bus for 2 hours. I will never use Groupon again and lost my 200 dollars.
