This tour was amazing from beginning to end. I called to see what time to walk to the meet-up place to be picked up and they told me they would pick me up at my own hotel which was great. Our guide taught us about alligators on our trip to the Everglades and showed us some videos. The boat ride was amazing. After we got to see an alligator show ran by a kind funny man that taught us about conservation efforts of the company. Then got to see the zoo of rescued animals get a picture holding a baby alligator! Such a good value to be able to do all of these things. Our guide let us look around the gift shop while he waited for our picture to be printed and brought the car around. Fantastic service. Don't go anywhere else for an everglades tour.

Arrived a day before our cruise and googled things to do near me . We came across the alligator tour and was able to schedule with less than 2 hours notice. The driver picked us up at our hotel eventhough it was not their usual point for pickup. We were more than pleased with the whole experience and befriended a couple on the ride to and from the park. Very affordable and quite an enjoyable experience.
