Frankly Charleston Morning Walking Tour

Overview
TOUR REFLECT

The truthful acknowledgment of African American contributions to these United States of America since its founding, which is still in limbo or in denial compared to the racism that is wide spread throughout this country for the sake of its southern heritage, in step with keeping it a tradition? Why can’t Americans get with the time?

We break down the other Charleston and the stereo typical mind set of the institution of slavery in this country or shall I say in the Low Country Charles Towne. Were we GULLAH? Or were we AFRICANS? What was the reward for not running? How wealthy were the free People of Color?

Everyone who visits Charleston and wants to learn about it's history should jump to book a tour with Frank. Well researched, vivid stories of the people who made Charleston. It's a beautiful experience.

Franklin is an excellent guide and he definitely brought us to see many important things that we might have easily missed. He brings a different and welcome perspective to the history of the region. I feel that most tourists (who don't take this tour) probably leave with a false (and dangerously romanticized) impression about Charleston and its people. History is not for the faint-hearted.
