Freedom Trail: Small Group Tour of Revolutionary Boston (2.5 Hours)

Overview
Boston's principal role in launching the American Revolution is linked by the brick-lined Freedom Trail. This world-famous pedestrian path is best experienced on foot, in a small group, with a knowledgeable local guide! This 2.5-hour tour travels the trail from Boston Common to Copp's Hill Terrace, providing guests a chance to see ALL SIXTEEN official landmarks on the Freedom Trail.

Our small-group walking tour delves deeply into the years 1760 to 1776, the tumultuous years leading into the American Revolution. We walk in the footsteps of Colonial Bostonians, all of whom grappled with the difficult—yet essential—question of loyalty or rebellion to crown and country.

With a captivating storytelling approach, Hub Town Tours provides the perfect introduction to Boston's status as America's "Cradle of Liberty." As we travel past historic landmarks from Revolutionary Boston, your guide shares the gripping story of a small colonial town careening toward war with a global empire.

Hub Town Walking Tours was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! The walk was lovely and the history and stories were the toppers on the cake!!! I would recommend this tour to anyone!!! The guide was personable and very knowledgeable! He was all in on making the tour the absolute best he could!!!!! We ended the tour near the North End and that was the perfect opportunity to have a divine Italian dinner and talk over all the information we had just learned on the tour! It was a wonderful experience that I will always be grateful for!!!!

This was a fantastic tour! Ted, our guide and owner of Hub Tours, did an amazing job walking us around Boston and explaining the different sites on the Freedom Trail. His knowledge of the historical events was amazing and he even had pictures and diagrams to help us truly understand what happened and know the historical people involved. Ted did not just take us to the sites and tell us some info, he did the tour as a story and went chronologically through the historical events of the time. You could tell that Ted truly loves what he does and his passion came through in the tour. My wife, who is not a big history buff, even loved it as well! Thank you so much!!
