Prepare yourself for a great afternoon with the Tour That Tastes Good! You will be greeted by one of our good-looking and brainy tour guides, who will be eager to escort you to historic restaurants with wonderful ambiance. There you will taste mouthwatering local dishes, such as Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, and the Muffaletta sandwich. A praline for dessert is included! You will glide through our fabulous French Quarter, founded in 1718. You will admire historic St. Louis Cathedral, named after King Louis IX, who was truly a Saint. He led the seventh and eighth Crusades back in the 13th century. Across the way from the Cathedral is beautiful Jackson Square. If you are interested, the 1850 House on the Square has a nice selection of cookbooks and history books. Regarding the diverse architecture, there is no other place in the country like it. Greek revival buildings stand next modest Shotgun houses. Admire the wrought iron balconies and galleries. We welcome you!

My wife and I did the tour yesterday with Naif and his mascot Gaston. Since we were the only ones we had our own private tour. NaĆÆf is a very interesting tour guide with a diverse background. He is very knowledgeable about NO and its history and shares stories that are both unique and interesting. While walking it seems everyone knew NaĆÆf or he knew them which also a great testament to his tours. We made 7 or 8 stops for various food stops and each was unique either great samples. Highly encourage anyone looking for a premium walking food tour to look no further. NaĆÆf is great,

Gaston the Gator, our mascot extraordinaire, is soo happy that you mentioned him! He does have his ego, and loves it when our guests acknowledge him - (smile . . . ) Thank you for posting; it's great to hear that you enjoyed your private tour. It was our pleasure, and we hope to see you again. Please remember to recommend us to your friends and family, and on social media. Thank you!

We had a great time on our food tour! Our guide, Naif, was friendly and knowledgeable, like hanging with your uncle who's taking you to all the best local spots and giving you lots of background and history along the way. (We felt safe with Naif!) We had such delicious food, including jambalaya, gumbo, crawfish etoufeƩ, muffaletta (group's overall favorite), and pralines. I absolutely recommend this tour for foodies and history lovers! This doesn't take any points away, but while Naif is a great guide and very open and personable, the neurospicy among us found there to be a lot of direct eye contact. Great if you like or don't mind that, uncomfortable if you don't. We also fully realize that it is our responsibility to communicate those feelings, and we did not.
