This French Quarter walking tour is conducted by city licensed guides and emphasize the history, architecture, and folklore of this fascinating city. Tour and store proceeds benefit Friends of the Cabildo, a non-profit volunteer group to provide support for the Louisiana State Museum. Purchasing a walking tour ticket also gets you admission to the 1850 House Museum, above the store, that shows what life was like in a typical Pontalba Apartment in the 1850s. Restroom is provided for walking tour guests as well.

We use the VOX Whisper System. Staff is responsible for cleaning each machine. The ear and mic buds are disposable. Units will only be used once per week to allow for rotating a clean unit to guests & guides. Guests can remove mask outside during the tour, inside state law requires a mask.

Nice walking tour in the French Quarter, with excellent guiding of the buildings and places. Our tour guide Roger was knowledgeable and committed. We got to learn a lot about NOLA's history and structure during the 2 hour long hike.

What a lovely morning strolling the French Quarter! My mother and I chose New Orleans for our annual mother daughter trip this year, and this was the perfect tour to cover our interests in both History & Architecture! Thank you Alene!! We loved it!!
