Great tour! The tour given by Roger was outstanding. He provided us with interesting historical facts and showed us pictures and maps of the French quarter during the Colonial time. He kept us engaged throughout the tour. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is planning on visiting.

More than a sightseeing tour! . The Friends of the Cabildo French Quarter walking tour is informative, intuitive and interactive. During this two hour stroll, you will learn about New Orleans' history, architecture, and a lot more from volunteer FOC guides. Plus, the tour includes admission to the historic 1850 House on Jackson Square. Wear comfortable shoes.

We really enjoyed our French Quarter tour! We learned so much from our entertaining tour guide, Hopper. His presentation was flawless. He weaved history, architecture and food into a program he referred to as building a gumbo. We’ve lived in New Orleans for over 40 years and learned so much in a two hour stroll. We highly recommend Friends of the Cabildo tour.
