New Orleans is much more than Bourbon Street. Take this tour to learn about the culture, architecture and history of this city. You will learn how New Orleans was a prized port which led to many conquests and many governments. You will see how different bricks make up the buildings and how they influenced design. You will also learn how slavery impacted the town. So put down the Hurricane for a couple hours and enjoy this tour. Then go to Pat O’Brien’s for a nice Mint Julep.

We could not have been more impressed with our tour and our guide Ann Savoy. Ann brought to life the people, culture and history of New Orleans. Never a dull “history lesson” with Ann and her interesting fun facts of this fascinating city. Highly recommended. Dog friendly 😁

Our guide Linda Dean was excellent. A local woman born and raised in the city who now works in the Financial Services industry but is an enthusiastic volunteer guide. She told of the fascinating history that established what was the third biggest city in the new America. She pointed out the interesting and historic architecture. Linda was clear and full of great stories of The history. Well worth the investment in taking the tour and it helped shape our view of the great city.
