I would recommend this as something to do on your first day in the French Quarter. The guide was extremely well informed, and imparted history and architecture of the French Quarter as well as New Orleans in general. Stops were well timed. If it's sunny, make sure you bring hat, water and sun lotion.

I really enjoyed my walking tour with Gray of the French Quarter. She was super knowledgeable about the history, architecture and culture of New Orleans. It was a great way to understand the city. She also made some helpful recommendations on where to eat and shop. I highly recommend the tour!

Two hours of really insightful information led by Tish our local volunteer guide. A great way to get an understanding of the history of how New Orleans has developed.
