Our group of four had a wonderful personalized tour with Jan. She was extremely knowledgeable and personalized the tour to our specific interests. I especially loved the architectural information she shared- it made me look at the city in a whole new way. This tour is a great value for the money and tour guides are volunteers with extensive training.

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour- our host was Regina and she gave us 20 hrs of info in our two hours (as she put it!)- okay not totally true - we were not overwhelmed with numbers that piled up in our brains but rather entertained by hearing so much of the rich history that has created the New Orleans of today. We did not attend until our second day in town which gave us a chance to make some observations and then to hear how building designs came about and the people who helped create the city and of the traditions- perhaps it was 20 hours of material after all but the walk was so pleasant and interesting it flew by- we really enjoyed our tour immensely and recommend it!
