We took the salt lick and winery shuttle with Justin, had an awesome time! First stop was at Salt Lick for some tasty bbq and also stopped in at their wine cellar, pretty good wines. Next stop was at Driftwood, didnā€™t enjoy this winery as much but not bad. And last stop at Duchman, we enjoyed the wine here best. Justin was really friendly, knowledgeable and had a ton of great recommendations, thanks for a great day!

Our guide Sonny Fairly was such a wealth of information about Austin and the high country. Very attentive, funny and entertaining. The Salt Lick was a great stop with tasty BBQ and great service. The manager made a point to stop and check in with us several times. Each winery was very informative and they took the time to explain each wine to us. We were fortunate to go at a non-peak time so we enjoyed lots of attention and great food and wine. We made friends with the people on the tour and had wonderful time eating and talking. A must do when in Austin.
