Come aboard the Quicksilver and leave the crowded restaurants behind. This spacious double-deck catamaran offers comfortable seating with generous table spacing for a more private intimate setting. All the tables provide excellent vantage points to enjoy the beautiful Maui scenery. Add island style music and the Aloha of the friendly crew to top off the ambiance of this unique Maui experience

What To Expect

The Quicksilver 2-Hour Lahaina Sunset Dinner Cruise offers three main course meal options. Rosemary and garlic roasted prime rib, fresh island Mahi-Mahi with lemon caper sauce, and the vegetarian option is penne pasta with Thai basil marinara. For starters, spring mix salad with tomatoes and carrots, cilantro vinaigrette, homemade buttery croutons, and a taro roll with honey butter, The side dishes are steamed rice with Shoyu and sautéed vegetables. For dessert banana cake with Lilikoi frosting and a cobbler topping.

Seeing the whale. Dinner was great and loved the Hawaiian music, great ambiance. What a wonderful cruise, we would do it again and recommend to friends. The captain and all the crew were friendly and attentive.

We were a group of ladies, 12 of us. We thought 2 hours in the dark wasn't very exciting. I highly recommend starting the sunset cruise like an hour before sunset so you are not in the dark for almost the whole cruise. It felt like the last hour was spent just killing time.

service and food were great! it was nice that they were only 75 percent capacity. would definitely recommend this trip for friends and family both. the musician on board was an added gem. such a beautiful voice and great music
