Explore the natural wonders of Molokini Crater, a volcanic islet 3 miles (4.8 km) off the coast of Maui, on this snorkeling tour from Maalaea. Surrounded by clear tropical waters, this extinct cone is home to many species of marine life, such as fish, sea urchins, sharks, manta rays, and coral. Molokini is a marine preserve, meaning nothing can be disturbed, keeping the island and underwater environment pristine. You'll also explore Turtle Town, and admire native birds. Two water slides, a glass bottom viewing room, and a "leap of faith" are also available if you don't want to snorkel or finish early. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, soda, and juice are included.

We have our captain and crew arrived 30-minutes earlier than usual to spray sanitation and disinfectant on the vessel, and wipe down high traffic areas before guests arrive. Masks & Sanitation are available on boat for guests also.

Had a great day aboard the Calypso. Check-in was quick. I thought there could have been more order to where people sat and the loading process but in the end it all worked out. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff attentive and friendly. Lunch was good and there was plenty for everyone. The kids and adults alike got to go off the slide and jump from the platform and that was cool. Molokini was crowded but water was great and the reefs just awesome. Turtle bay was AMAZING. The turtles are majestic and I could have just watched them all day long. There were way more fish species in turtle bay than Molokini but the waters were a little tougher. Took a little bit more “energy” to get where you were going. We had the opportunity to swim next to and observe many turtles swimming, coming up for air and just hanging around as we gawked at them. Awesome day. Water was smooth. Sun was shining and the wind mild. I also found a new interest in turtle conservation and they’re rapidly declining numbers. #savetheturtles 👍🏼

Both my kids weren't feeling well and the crew checked on us often. Both the breakfast and lunch were good. The crew was helpful with equipment and so patient with the kids.
