Valid passports or US passport cards are mandatory for travel to the Bahamas as the islands are independent and NOT part of the United Stated. Passport details such as full name, date of birth, citizenship and passport expiration date must be provided for all passengers at the time of booking in order to authorize entry into the independent nation of the Bahamas Longer than expected wait times at Bahamas & US Immigration entry points are possible due to staff shortages at border patrol.
No refund or charge back will be authorized for failure to provide full names and passport details for all guests at the time of booking

I was very disappointed with the food selection and it wasn’t no ports for my phone to charge.. The long wait was very tiresome. The view was nice and staff ..

I would give this trip a 4.5. The ferry check in & ride was smooth. There were plenty of food & drink options & a little gift shop. Seats were comfortable & spacious. The WiFi & a lot of the charging ports didn’t work. Make sure your phone is fully charged before boarding just in case. The excursion staff were funny & courteous. They made sure I mad my way to the transport bus. The bus drivers run a tight schedule so make sure you are at your pick up point on time. One person almost got left on our way back. I will say that driver put in a good effort to locate the passenger. Even called I believe & found out they took taxi! Had us waiting for no reason & we were the last to return to the ferry because of that. Don’t be inconsiderate. Be there on time. The resort was nice. $90 to eat & drink away. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the lack of enthusiasm from the resort staff to do excursions. After checking in with 2 excursions stations, I was finally pointed to the guy doing water sports. When I got there, he said it was very difficult to paddle boat because it was windy. He did offer to take me snorkeling. Later, I saw the staff taking people staying at the resort sailing. I went back & inquired & was told I have to sign up 1st thing in the morning because now they were booked. Well, we don’t get to the island until 12, so how would I be able to do so? Plus, I went to sign in for activities as soon as I got there. No one mentioned that activity at all. I was bummed. It would be nice if we were made aware of the activities & could schedule with the resort in advance.
