The Pigs were adorable and very friendly! This is probably not the same experience as the Exuma pigs experience as these pigs are kept in a barn on a small island to keep them out of the sun all day. Lots of poop in the water but really didn't bother me, only knee deep in the water and showers available right when you get out.

I been in Cristal beach March 2019 while I was on a cruise in Bahamas. When you arrive to Freeport you don’t have much to do in reality, the only option is taking a van to some of the beaches nearby. Cristal beach is one of those and they attract tourists because of the swimming pig experience. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you think you will find wild pigs laying on the beach you’re wrong. We booked the activity and the only thing we did was going to the sea with few pieces of apple to feed the pigs. However there are no pigs. They keep them in boxes in a small island and what they do is opening the cage to let them out. ( see image attached) You’ll pay 35$ to see gigantic domestic pigs screaming and pooping around you. Also this company is managed by really unpleasant people, they refuse a bottle of water to a girl that was fading because there’s no ATM. You’re stuck in a tiny island , no ATM and no transports back. Also one of the workers of that company was found guilty of stealing a purse to a lady while she was doing the Pig experience.

Not worth it!!! It was highly expensive. First I had to pay for the trip with the boat about 153 Euros. Then I had to pay again 65 for the trip to the beach with the pigs. You even dont get a free glas of water at the beach. The photo shown with the pigs is not the beach where we were taken. I would not recommend it.
