There are a few options to choose from to explore the Road to Hana so you can experience the rainforest & its waterfalls, streams, fresh water ponds, bamboo forests & lush foliage, but there is only one company where the owners are actually a Native Hawaiian husband & wife team that were born & raised Hawaii. We pride ourselves in sharing the Hawaiian culture, history, & stories about Hawaii & what its like to live life here in the islands, while treating you like the VIP that you are! Our family history goes back 150 years & they still live in a little community out on the Road to Hana.While on tour we'll stop by our family's fruit stand that has been operating for 40 yrs & is the home of "the original banana bread." We'll cover the rigid & rugged terrain on the backside of Maui & travel where most visitors never see. Hot lunch & souvenir backpack included.

What To Expect

Pukalani

We will travel up Haleakala Highway and cruise through the towns of Pukalani -"Hole to Heaven," Kula - "Open Country," Keokea - "The Sound of White Caps," Kipahulu - "Fetch From Exhausted Gardens," Ulupalakua - "Breadfruit Ripened on the Back" and hear the stories and history of this side of Maui.

Manawainui Gulch

See one of Maui's massive "canyons" on the southern coast of the island.

Kipahulu

See the last lava flow from Mount Haleakala and see the valley that connects both volcanoes on Maui. Learn why Maui has been nicknamed the Valley Isle.

Wailua Falls

See the breathtaking Wailua Falls and get your cameras ready. You'll be up close and personal and feel the mist cool your skin!

We will wind down our day of adventure and head back to "city" by cruising through the towns of Haiku -"Kahili Flower," Maliko -"Budding," Kuau - "A Sea Creature," Paia - "Noisy," and Spreckelsville.

Ho'okipa Beach Park

See the world famous "windsurfing capital of the world" where not only windsurfers enjoy, but all types of surfers come to catch waves!

It was worth the pay. Janel, our tour guide, was the Best!! The food was great. Better than the one we had on our Luau. This whole-day activity is a must.

We had such a wonderful experience with Doug and Janel on the Full Circle Reverse Hana Tour in their super comfortable luxury vehicle. We got our own individual breakfast bento box with yummy mango bread, pineapple skewers and juice along with a backpack filled with goodies to use along the tour. Very thoughtful to include the backpack. Doug was super interesting to listen to as he knows so much about the island since he grew up here. We learned so much! AND the waterfalls and stops along the way are breathtaking. This company is THE BEST!! You will be amazed at the incredible views, educational narration along the way and the excellent customer service they provide. Truly THE BEST DAY EVER!!

The best decision we made for our trip was to take this Reverse Road to Hana tour with Everett, Janel and Hawaiian Style. Comfortable air conditioned van, a really delicious breakfast and lunch, unlimited water, juice, iced coffee. Janel amazed with her (no notes) commentary on the historical development of the island and the flora and fauna. Everett drove with skill and confidence, no easy task. The route took us 360 , with no repeat scenery. The pickup and drop off was flawless. And the overall pride and kindness and humor exhibited by these 2 made this a 5 star experience from start to finish!!
