We had a great day on the river! Staff was very helpful in getting us outfitted with the right gear and on our way to the landing. We had a raft and two kayaks and there were three families grouped together to form our crew. The river started out with more white water and settled down after lunch. Lunch was very good and provisions were made for the vegans in the group. We switched some of the rafters for kayakers after lunch which made for fun variety. I wish I could call out props to our guide! He did a great job, but I don’t recall his name. All in all, we had a great adventure and we were well guided. We would go again!

Amazing energy, great knowledge of the river and the history. Rain or shine, you can't help but have a good time. I have been with this group and the rest on the river, and this remains my favorite

I was lucky enough to do an all-day raft trip with Glacier guides on September 5th 2019. I was traveling alone celebrating my 62nd birthday, and Glacier guides was able to team me up with a similar age group. Of course, I was the oldest! They assured me that the water was safe and that I would not have any obstacles with my two knee replacements. As promised, it was an amazing trip. The views are something you cannot imagine; you have to see them for yourself. Our guide, Cam, was very knowledgeable about the local geological formations and history of the area. ( He also made sure I didn't tip over getting in and out of the raft. )We stopped along a shallow river bank for a great lunch. Several people took the time to have a nice swim before we continued down the river. I inquired about when the water runoff settles down enough to see the rocks, but would still provide challenging rapids for my friends. Thanks Glacier guides, I'll be back soon with my friends.
