Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! This in an intermediate trip but also not too scary for first-timers. The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip.

Browns Canyon National Monument on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

Beautiful scenery, a lot of whitewater on each trip, pristine water quality, a feeling of remoteness, a comfortable and dry climate, and a wide selection of options to help you enjoy your perfect trip.

This was our favorite activity on our vacation! Definitely recommend the full day! The staff was too notch and could not imagine it being more fun or going more seamlessly. Highly recommend this and if we ever come back will definitely do again!

WOW what can I say? Everyone at The Adventure Company was great. From the front desk checking until the end of the trip it was an awesome experience. If you are thinking about rafting in Colorado USE THIS COMPANY! Our guides Kottie and Swanny were awesome. Their experience on the river and knowledge of the area made the trip truly enjoyable. We had medium water levels and there was plenty of rapids to get the heart pumping. A great balance of relaxation and adventure on this trip. WIth rapids like Zoom Flume, the Toilet Bowl and Twin Falls there is plenty of excitement with some breaks in between to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Browns Canyon. We did see a couple of young Bighorn Sheep along the way too which added to the adventure. We stopped along the way for a great Fajita lunch to fuel up before hitting some of the best rapids. Bring your sunscreen and don't be afraid to get wet. It's a blast! Also worth noting the facility at the office was great. Changing rooms, clean and roomy bathrooms and a shaded waiting area are among the amenities. Don't hesitate to use The Adventure Company.
