There really are no words to describe a Garl's Coastal Kayaking Tour in the beautiful Everglades! AMAZING comes close but still doesn't do it justice! I was apprehensive about taking my 4 year old but she did great! Garl is so sensitive to everyone in the group and makes sure he takes time to engage everyone! The Cypress Domes were like something out of a movie! We were fortunate to see gators, snakes and incredibly beautiful plant life! Garl really does know everything about his surroundings and is incredible to watch as he walks barefoot through the wilderness. The kayaking on Nine Mile Pond is wonderful! The Mangrove Tunnels are a must and provide for great excitement and lots of gator sitings! We loved seeing Goliath - a Huge Croc! I can't really describe our trip other than - it's a MUST! I wish more locals would take the trip! It's a once in a lifetime experience! Garl is King of the Everglades!! You don't want to miss it!!!

My girlfriend and I were looking for something off the beaten path and trip advisor didn't fail. Garls trip blew away our expectations. We were led by Anna who is a research biologist and an Everglades native. Her extensive knowledge of the area and her awesome attitude made her the best tour guide imaginable. We hiked into gator swamps, came within feet of cottonmouth snakes and got our blood pumping paddling feet away from dozen of gators during the kayak. You know it's a good tour when the guides start sweating! Despite the excitement it was completely safe and something that shouldn't be missed. And if you are debating the half day vs full day go big because the night hike was the biggest surprise of all.

My fiancé planned this tour for my birthday. I have lived in Florida my whole life and it has always been my dream to go to the Everglades. Our scuba club adivsed us to go with Garl, best advice. Garl, picked us up from the scuba club, drove us to the Everglades. On the way there Garl took a local Farmer's market to buy fruit, most delicious fruit I have ever tasted. Garl, first took us on a hike in an alligator hole an then we started our kayak tour. Garl, is the Everglades man, super knowledgable about the entire park, flora, fauna, wild life. He was such a great guide. He took pictures along the way too! I HIGHLY recommend Garl's Coastal Kayaking.
