Overview

Hop on a bus that will take you on a great adventure to Key West, a Tropical Paradise in US. Enjoy the ride along the Florida Keys and the amazing colorful waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.There will be only one brief stop for breakfast / bathroom in Key Largo.

Once you get there, you will have 6 hours to experience the caribbean atmosphere of the island.

Dive in the blue waters of Key West Coral Reef for 3 hours in a luxury catamaran with unlimited alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks included, sanitized snorkeling gear is also included.

Don't forget to try some of the typical things in Key West; like the Key Lime Pie, the Conch Fritters and others.

At 5:45 pm, it's time to return back ; our bus will depart from 908 Caroline Street; same place where you were dropped off in the morning. This time the trip is non-stop; you will be back at your hotel between 9:00 -10:00 pm ( depending on hotel location).

What To Expect

Our clients will spend 6 hours in the island. Coral Reef Snorkeling starts at 1 pm. Unlimited drinks and snorkeling gear included on board catamaran. Snorkeling trip : 3 hours.

We took a tour bus to Key West and went snorkeling approximately 90 miles from Cuba and met some dear friends! It was a 15 hour trip but we'll worth it!!!

So 1st the bus ride. The company that provides the bus ride is very unorganized. If I hadn’t contacted them I would have had zero idea what bus was coming to pick us up. The stop for food and snacks was at a McDonalds and dollar tree really? Meanwhile the trip wasn’t too bad but I couldn’t understand the lady telling us the facts seemed more like someone talking at us instead of informing us anything. Once we got to key west I was appointed tour guide to take the snorkel people to the company and check them in, I’m not a tour guide! Once at the location for our boat we had to stand in mid day sun baking waiting for over 20 mins because the captain said two people were late! Why were we told if we were late they would leave without us and then force us to wait in extreme heat without any information? Business owners were yelling at us for hiding in the shade by their doors! Once we got onto the boat over 20 mins late we were rushed onto the boat and got a brief safety meeting but you couldn’t hear anything or see anything as it was super over crowded. We were told that we could reschedule because they were not going to the coral reef due to some reason??? No idea what it was but we couldn’t reschedule because we had already took a 4 hour bus ride. So we got to the reef, a sad disappointment as it wasn’t very pretty or clear. There was absolutely no guide to where we should snorkel or any advise at all! We were just told to get in the water and swim. Then after a short while a horn blast came and we were told to re board the boat. Overall wasted a lot of time and wasn’t worth the $240 I paid at all! On the way back on the bus we were delayed again but guests running behind and once again we were told if we were late the bus would not wait, we’ll the bus waited anyways! Then on the ride home there wasn’t any break stops just a trip back. The bus people seemed very short and slightly rude. Seemed more like a time share trip to me where the bus people are selling all the services and to do things on the island. Also we were not told any of this beforehand but apparently you need to bring cash for these purchases, so we were unable to purchase any additional things to do because we didn’t know to bring cash. Overall next time I’ll just fly into key west and avoid the wasted time.

This was a great day trip experience! The guides were friendly, and the bus ride was comfortable. Exactly as described. The only thing that I didn’t like was that everyone was picked up/dropped off at their individual hotels. This made for a very long start and end to the day. A central pick up/drop off location would have been way better. Overall, a good time though!
