Ho'okipa Beach Park

This hot spot should definitely be on your "must see" list! This beach is all about action and daring stunts on surfboards! Definitely worth stopping on your way to Hana! Lots of turtles too.

Ke‘anae Point

The Ke’anae Peninsula is a dramatic half-mile long massive finger of newer lava sticking out from the cliff line of the Hana Highway. Well before coming to the turnout, you will have ogled at the scenic peninsula from the many lookouts along the road.

Wai'anapanapa State Park

Waiʻanapanapa State Park, located at the end of Waiʻanapanapa Road off Hana Highway, features some of the most unique sights you’ll ever see. As home to one Maui’s volcanic-sand beaches, you’ll have the chance to experience a black sand beach alongside the ocean.(swimming/hiking/pictures)

The road to Hana tour is a must if you visit Maui! We visited last year for our honeymoon, loved Maui so much we came back this year for our anniversary and did the tour. We got to experience the beauty, and the wonder of the island in a way we never did on our first visit. The black sand beach, the amazing waterfalls, the lush foliage, everyone should visit Maui and take this tour. Ask for Scott to be your guide. His wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for the island, and his friendly, engaging demeanor made the trip absolutely wonderful.

Scott was very personable and provided amazing details regarding the history of Hawaii. He allowed us to stop along the way for pictures and site seeing. We had a wonderful breakfast and lunch planned. Scott exceeded our expectations with up close and personal experiences with the sea turtles, black and red sand beaches, rain forest, numerous waterfalls and more. We enjoyed our adventure to the fullest.
