This remarkable full-day tour, showing you the very best of Grenada in a day. See St. George's, the prettiest capital town in the Caribbean. Travel up the western coast and visit the picturesque Concord Waterfalls nestled in the lush mountains where you can be refreshed by swimming in the cool water. Visit the fishing town of Gouyave and the spice processing station, where you will see why our island is called the "Isle of Spice" then continue to the Diamond chocolate factory to taste and learn how chocolate is made. Have lunch at an authentic Grenadian restaurant, before heading to the Caribbean's oldest functional water-powered distillery before tasting its potent rum. The tour would not be complete without a visit to Grenada's interior and largest national park, to see the Grand Etang Lake and rainforest.

Michael, our guide, was amazing - was born on the island so able to give us so much history and information (and he knows everyone on the island as well!). Really informative day --- get to see most all that the island is famous for (spices, beaches, rainforest, cocoa making, rum and winding roads!).Recommend this tour for all ages!

Thanks Safari tours for such a wonderful and memorable day! The waterfall was peaceful, the chocolate factory was tasteful lol, the nutmeg factory was full of lovely ppl, the rum factory was like walking back in time and the driver Michael gave us a taste of history and creole culture.

This was an amazing tour. Our guide was Michael and he was an engaging, funny, eloquent historian and story teller. He was courteous, sensitive to our needs, and a virtual encyclopedia of Grenada. He clearly has experience as a teacher. We saw most of the island and sites. He took his time to let us take pictures, and never hurried. We had an excellent Caribbean lunch and were give local fruit snacks to try. The group and van size were small and allowed us to get to know him and each other as well. Overall, a tremendous value and a great one day summary of Grenada.
