The jet boat is not handicapped accessible but we are able to make exceptions on a case by case bases. Passengers will be required to sign a waiver.

I was looking for a little fun for my teenage boys and the Galveston Suntime Boat Thrill Ride was perfect... Not only did my boys have a blast but I did too..

They charge 20% for rebooking. They will not work work with you! Very mean and unforgiving !!! Be ware

We are sorry that you were late and missed your trip. We did work with you by getting you rebooked on a trip later the same day. Please see our company policy below: Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation before trip departure. Cancellations day of trip will not receive a full refund, but a raincheck only. Reservations rebooked less than 12 hours before start will incur a 20% rebooking fee. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Private Charters are non-refundable.
