We had a great time. Checked out some good food, walked through the Garden District and got alot of history from our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the region and the houses.

This was such an awesome tour that I recommend 100%! The tour guide was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the history of NOLA! I loved that the tour took us out of the Quarter and had us trying and seeing new places. The food and drinks were AMAZING and actually we went back to one of the establishments the next day. We felt as if we were just hanging out with an old friend!

Michelle, the owner and tour guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable, shared lots of great history, showed us amazing houses in the Garden District including Sandra Bullock's home and where Benjamin Button, the movie, was filmed. The food was all delicious and much different than the French Quarter food. We had a small group which also great for us and MIchelle answered all questions, was very friendly and accommodating for food choices when possible. Restaurants may vary on a given day but we had a delicious alcoholic drink (I chose the frozen Irish Crown Royal coffee drink with Crown Royal...yummy!); I got the 1/2 of a muffeletta which was delicious and my husband enjoyed a yummy roast beef poor boy-these sandwiches were much better than in the French quarter. We got to choose an empanada from Empanola - they are the best (like little individual pies with great fillings like crawfish Etouffee, gumbo-there were like 20 different choices and so delicious, we came back and purchased more). We got to choose our dessert beignet from the Vintage including a King Cake Beignet (my choice and delicious), praline (my husband's choice), smores, etc. These are much more special than a powdered sugar beignet! We highly recommend this food tour and visit to the Garden District, it was well worth it!
