My kids really enjoyed the hands on exhibits. The prices were great - discounts for seniors and kids. Not as big as I thought it would be but we spent about 2 hours there. I was really surprised they didn't have a cafe. If food was available we would have stayed longer.

Price came down with smaller venue. To experience ALL attractions have to add on extras. Children missed some of previous favorites(butterflies, peddling bike over people).

Second thing the family did with the Tampa city pass and my children had fun with it. Spent an hour walking around and doing all of the activities, but after an hour we had been through most of the stations. Next went to the planetarium, which cost an extra $5 a person. The first half they showed a movie about dark matter that was interesting, but my kids (all under 9) found it to be very dry. The second half talked about the stars and constellation and this was a lot more interesting for the girls. Took about 50 minutes. Next I took the older two on the ropes course ($5-$7 extra) and they loved it. It was three levels tall and had a lot to do. Both my older daughters enjoyed it a lot. And this was a bit on the cheaper side for a ropes course. I have seen much smaller ones cost a lot more. You also got an entire hour on it. My wife and youngest daughter went on the play equipment and back inside for activities. Overall it was a fun three hours, but the activities that came with the admission were fun, but short I feel like if the planetarium was included with the price it would have been a better deal over all. Parking was also free, so that's a plus.
