Ghost and Haunt Tour of Gatlinburg

Overview
Walk the back roads of Gatlinburg and learn about its haunted history and folklore on this nighttime tour. With a guide, you'll learn how you, too, can capture paranormal photos. Use ghost-hunting equipment like you see on tv to potentially communicate with ghosts along the way.
The tour is an outdoor walking tour as such there is plenty of room for social distancing and masks are optional, It is wheelchair and stroller accessible and service animals are allowed.
Unfortunately, due to the late completion time, the Trollys don’t run that late but we do offer free parking and of course, taxis and Uber, Lyft are available.
The walk is about one mile all on flat paved ground spread out over 2 hours with lots of stops so a messy relaxing walk but no places to sit or restrooms are available during the tour.
This is not a private tour groups can be as large as the upper 20’s in the busiest times but average in the high teens to low 20’s.

I didnt even want to really go on this tour. I was on my honeymoon and this was my husbands thing. But it was a give and take and this was my give. But I had the BEST time. We saw a ton of dinner shows and went shopping and to the movies but this was the highlight of our time! We are planning a trip back just to bring our kids on the tour. It has me wanting to research this stuff more. I actually caught something in the window of a church. It wasnt there in one picture but the next there it was! I cant stop looking at it and showing it to people. I learned so much about Gatlinburg! I have had back surgery and was worried about too much walking but it wasnt bad your adrenaline is pumping so hard you dont notice! Greatest ever!

Our tour guide was Brad, aka Santa. He was very knowledgeable in the history of Gatlinburg. The night was cold, dark and rainy...a perfect night for a haunted tour. The rain stopped and we were able to take pictures. I never dreamed of getting a paranormal picture, but sure enough, I did. I have pictures of orbs, and a mist-like apparition. It was creepy and cool. At one stop, my camera wouldn't even work. Then at the cemetery, it started working and there were some great shots, including the mist-like apparition. The stories alone were interesting and well worth the tour. We plan on going back, during the day, to some of the sights to get a daytime glimpse and to check out the cemetery and it's occupants. We had a great time!

I have been coming to Gatlinburg for 39 years and have never done any kind of tours. I loved this tour because I learned things and saw areas of Gatlinburg in a different light. I enjoyed the history given as much as the ghost stories.
