Ghost and Haunt Tour of Gatlinburg

Overview

Walk the back roads of Gatlinburg and learn about its haunted history and folklore on this nighttime tour. With a guide, you'll learn how you, too, can capture paranormal photos. Use ghost-hunting equipment like you see on tv to potentially communicate with ghosts along the way.
The tour is an outdoor walking tour as such there is plenty of room for social distancing and masks are optional, It is wheelchair and stroller accessible and service animals are allowed.
Unfortunately, due to the late completion time, the Trollys don’t run that late but we do offer free parking and of course, taxis and Uber, Lyft are available.
The walk is about one mile all on flat paved ground spread out over 2 hours with lots of stops so a messy relaxing walk but no places to sit or restrooms are available during the tour.
This is not a private tour groups can be as large as the upper 20’s in the busiest times but average in the high teens to low 20’s.

Leon was an amazing guide! We took the extended tour. We knew from the start it would be an amazing and impressionable experience! The church presented several spirits, good and evil, which we caught with the equipment. There was no debunking. The graveyard introduced us to several entities. Young children who danced and played shy at times. The woman who stood in the white dress. At times we felt welcomed but also knew when it was time to move on. The spirits were clear with their expressions. There were a few moments that caught us in such close proximity with an entity we had to exit quickly. Leon made this experience one that will sit in our memories for a lifetime.

My 14 year old son wanted to try something new this trip to the mountains. Since we took the tour many years ago, we wanted him to experience it too. We bought 4 tickets and arrived to find out guide waiting with others who purchased tickets. Our guide Pete was cool!! He was very down to earth, full of knowledge about Gatlinburg and some of the macabre details of past history (even recent events). The tour started with some background information and then tour participants were allowed to carry some neat tools (like ones they use in Ghost Hunters). We took pictures and had a really good time. My son loved it! The tour lasted about 2 hours, some easy walking through town. We lucked out and the rain held off. A fun way to learn more about the history and events from long ago. Something different to do instead of the same old same old. Go and have a great time!!

My family and I were wanting to book a ghost tour of gatlinburg. We go on a tour in each city we visit. I Google searched ghost tours and found this one and another company. We booked hoping we made the right choice. We did!! This tour was so amazing. The historical facts were great. Pete was one of the best guides we have ever experienced. This is clearly one of our top ghost tours taken ever. Pete, you are great!
