FAQs

How does Go City work?
You now have access to your chosen number of attractions from the options available - each attraction can be visited once. Simply show the QR code on your pass (printed or on your mobile device) at your choice of attraction to enter. Your pass is valid for the number of attractions purchased and is valid for use within 2 years. It is only activated when you visit your first attraction. You then have 60 days until your pass expires.

Do I need to place reservations?
Some activities require reservations. Use the Go City app to plan your itinerary and reserve where necessary to avoid disappointment.

Where can I get the included guide?
For the best experience, we recommend downloading the Go City app. You will find everything you need including attraction information, a Trip Planner feature and the ability to reserve attractions directly within the app. You can also use the included guide - linked at the bottom of your pass document.

We recommend visiting after sunset to enjoy views of the city at night!

Edge NYC

The Edge is New York City’s most exciting new attraction, set high above the fabulous, glimmering, brand new Hudson Yards! You’ll ride the elevator 100 stories into the sky, then step out in the open air onto a vast viewing platform with the famous skyline right before your eyes. Top of the Rock

Manhattan is all about skylines and Top of the Rock is up there with the best. You'll hop in a glass elevator and whizz 70 floors up to the Top of the Rock Observatory. Comprising both indoor and outdoor spaces, this 55,000 square-foot area is made up of three observation decks that give you unobstructed, 360-degree views of the city, including Central Park, the Hudson River and even Connecticut on a clear day. The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum

The 9/11 Memorial and Museum honor the nearly 3,000 victims of these attacks and all those who risked their lives to save others. Statue of Liberty

Visit the grounds of Liberty Island and get unbeatable views of Lady Liberty and downtown Manhattan aboard a ferry. Had a great time and this pass was very helpful. Had some issues at the Rockefeller Center tour and ended up being told where to get tickets by three different people and none of them were correct. So, we didn't make the cut off time for that tour. 9/11 Tribute tour was our favorite thing by far. Anthony was our tour guide and he was wonderful! Also did the Circle Line Landmark cruise and really enjoyed that. We did the Empire State building and everything was good except you can only go to the 86th floor observation deck. You have to pay extra to go to the top. Overall I would say this was a good value.

TOTALLY AMAZING!!! Great value for money. WOW! This experience was totally awesome! We opted for 7 experiences and chose to do: Empire State, Top of the Rock, Hop-on-hop-off bus tour, Museum of Natural History, Guggenheim, The Ride and Central Park full day Bike Hire. Worth every penny!
