Captain John was great. He kept a constant lookout for wildlife with binoculars. We saw, ponies, cormorants, bald eagle, and about 30 pelicans on a barrier island. On the way back he saw a dolphin, and turned around so we could get pictures of it. Captain John was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great tour.

John was a wonderful guide. He knew the history of the island and where to find the most beautiful spots and best wildlife. We got to see dolphins and gorgeous bird watching. He was knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Captain John was very knowledgeable about Chicoteague and the local wildlife. His boat was very comfortable, and the boat ride was quite enjoyable. We saw lots of wildlife, including an eagle, a pod of dolphins all around our boat, a small island full of pelicans, and some of the wild ponies at a distance. Quite a successful animal sighting ride, but even if we didn't see any, it was worth the price for the relaxing, informative time on the water.
