By far our most popular private hiking tour, this hike and sightseeing tour offers guests varying views of the Canyon, from the inside out. This tour is for guests who want to enjoy an excellent tour of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, but also spend some time below the Rim.

Enjoy a great tour with a knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic guide who loves what they do. We provide door-to-door service from your stay place with everything you need to have a great time. Grab your camera and leave the lunch, snacks, beverages, hiking equipment, and driving to us! We pick up in the following towns: Flagstaff, Williams, Tusayan, and Grand Canyon.

What To Expect

Yavapai Point

We start the day with a viewpoint where your guide will give a hiking orientation.

South Kaibab Trail

The hiking portion of this tour will traverse 3/4 of a mile down the South Kaibab to Ooh Aah Point and then go back up the same way you came. Weather and crowd permitting you will enjoy a picnic lunch at the viewpoint. This delicious lunch is made by Brandy's restaurant the morning of your tour. All your gear, such as backpacks and trekking poles is provided.

Grand Canyon South Rim

The rest of the day is spent traveling to various viewpoints along the South Rim in a comfortable air conditioned van or SUV. At each viewpoint we will exit the vehicle and your guide will spend time showing you views through the provided spotting scope and regale you with interpretation that includes information about the plants, animals, peoples, history, and archaeology of the Grand Canyon. The viewpoints included depend on weather, time of year, crowds, and guide preference. They may include, but are not limited to: Mather Point, Grandview Point, Moran Point, Tusayan Ruins, and Desert View Watchtower.

All Star Grand Canyon tours is the guide to choose. On time and provided everything promised and more. The owner. Ben, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vegetation in the area, the best views of the canyon and was just a really nice guy. The lunch he pulled out of his backpack during our all day tour was the best ham sandwich we have ever had. He even had enough water on our way out of the canyon to help some people who were struggling with the heat and the climb. Made sure they were taken care of before we continued our climb. One of the best days ever. Our 17 and 21 year old sons agree!!

Personalized tour that was educational and fun for all ages! Topped it off with delicious dinner and a sunset toast! Highly recommend this tour group ! Aaron did a fantastic job !

Thanks to Cari from All Star for helping us set up an amazing day for the family. Donny was excepcional. With all the crazy times in the world today. I can not think of a better way for a family to spend a day. They were attentive to our needs and wishes from beginning to end. Felt completely safe. If you are considering traveling to this area at this time do not hesitate to book. All Star is a 10 star company. The quality of snacks was unparalleled and the picnic lunch with the stunning view was memorable for us for years to come. Nature is a bonding experience and I wanted our teenage daughters to spend time in touch with things that have been around a long time and mission accomplished.
