We were on our 1st big road trip with our now 14th month old. Honestly, I almost cancelled the trip the week we were planning to leave because I was so nervous how he was going to handle everything. He did great, but one thing we decided since our time was so limited to explore and experience Yellowstone that we could be well served hiring guides for it. Yellowstone Guides made the perfect sense for us, and.... nailed it!!! There is no way we could have seen as much or come close to learning as much about the park, history, and animals with out them. Josh was like a walking book of info from the animals, history, and conservation going on in the area. He was great! They really showed their passion for nature and the park it worked out so well. Hiking some of the trails with our son was so enjoyable... plus, lunch was a classy, satisfying spread! Thanks again Josh & EmJo! We are still talking about the camel ravioli story!!

We had the pleasure of being guided by Josh & Emily Jo on 9/14 & 9/16 2015. Our last venture into Yellowstone was 15 years ago with our four children. This trip we wanted to go back country hiking and felt we didn't have the knowledge to do it on our own. Tom interviewed Josh over the telephone and was impressed with his experience in Yellowstone. We hiked the Lamar Valley. Also had the pleasure of exploring Terrace Falls with them for the first time! We highly recommend Yellowstone Hiking Guides!!!! Tom & Pam from CT

We had an excellent hike with Josh to Black Canyon. Part of the hike was off trail, and it was worth it definitely. We seen quite some wild life and Josh has been quick in spotting animals. The lunch by the Yellowstone river was lovely. It was the best hike we had in Yellowstone. Highly recommended!
