Unfortunately, I have not been this unsatisfied in some time. We recently purchased six round trip tickets to the Grand Canyon. The train itself was fine. The person they had working our car “round trip” was absolutely terrible. Instead of getting a nice relaxing/ somewhat educational train ride, we were forced to listed to the partying days, drinking, child birthing, and about her two children. I did ask her to please stop talking “very loudly” about these off subject topics. Now even more upsetting I spent hours attempting to get a hold of the supervisor well over a week ago. She assured me I would get a return phone call. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to write a formal complaint about the awful treatment we had.
