Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark the bus.
Buses equipped with a lift are based upon availability and might not be available. Should a bus equipped with a lift be required, a three day advanced notice is required, and you must contact the local tour operator immediately after booking to confirm your request.
Motor coaches are climate controlled and equipped with restrooms, reclining seats, video monitors and over-sized windows
Total time at the canyon is approximately 4 hours, it is up to you how you spend your time (ie: helicopter, boat or skywalk).

Colorado River

At the Grand Canyon, board a six-seater helicopter with large vista windows for a five-minute scenic descent to the canyon floor, approximately 4,000 feet below. Once on the floor, enjoy 15 minutes to explore the Colorado River, with the option to upgrade for a short pontoon boat ride on the river. The trip was a nightmare!! 1. The coach had no air-con and the temperature was in excess of 100 degrees and a young healthy man collapsed, due to heat exhaustion. The coach company were disgusting in the treatment of all the passengers on the bus. They did not send replacement buses until the man collapsed!!! 2. The processing at the helicopter terminal is drawn out, over 1 hour only 4 hour in total at canyon 3. We waited at the bottom of the canyon for more than an hour for our return flight. The helicopter company did not want to send empty helicopters to pick-up. 4. The ground crew at the bottom of the canyon, were useless and as soon as people complained, they jumped the queue for flights back to the rim. There was also no information given out. 5. The Skywalk is great! But we had no time to enjoy it. 6. Due to poor organisation, there is not enough time to see the canyon or to get the food which is included.We had 5 minutes after our skywalk experience, to take a few photographs. We only got to the impressive Guano Point on the shuttle bus taking us back to the coach. We had no time to get off and look around there. All in all an utter shambles and our once in a lifetime experience was ruined. There is a lot to do on this trip and the organisation lets it down. With better planning the four hours at the canyon, would be just about adequate.

My friend and I went to Vegas for a vacation. Your tour was the highlight of the week! Our bus driver was fantastic, the helicopter ride was amazing, the boat ride relaxing, lunch was fantastic, pick up and drop off was on time and enough time for everything! FABTABULOUS!!

Don't Go!! Hire a car & do it yourself!! What a nightmare, we were picked up at 6.15am but were not on the road until 8am. They took us to an industrial estate where we had to be "processed", they charged us 10 dollars each for this privilege. All they did was make us queue until we could pay the 10 dollars & then have colored stickers put on us depending on whether we were doing the helicopter, etc. Coffee & OJ was provided at least. The driver was excellent, informing us along the route about different sites. Didn't think things could get worse but on arrival at the West Rim we joined another queue for the helicopter. To cut things short it took ages & what we were told should have been a 1 12 hour trip was over 3 hours. It was now 3pm & we still hadn't had our lunch - starving. The bus was leaving at 3.45 & a number in the group still hadn't done the Skywalk or had anything to eat! We all decided we were doing the Skywalk at least which meant another queue to get a bus to the Skywalk. We did this very quickly not very pleasurable & then jumped on the bus back to our coach. Approx. 15 people were over an hour late & the other people on the bus were not very happy! Over 12 hours with nothing to eat!! Its not far to drive so get a hire car & book your own helicopter trip, that way you can get there early & beat all the coaches!! You can pay for the Skywalk once you get there!!!
