On a recent family reunion in Las Vegas, 20+ of our family members embarked on a tour that we'll never forget. We were blessed to have "Billy The Kid" as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and hilariously entertaining. Mahalo Billy!

The past two months me and two friends had been traveling through US, and made the Grand Canyon one of our stops. We were staying at Paris Hotel in Las Vegas and we did some research on the Grand Canyon tour, we finally decided to hire through the hotel, because we thought it would be the most serious way to do it, since we were warned there were some bad services in the internet. At the front desk Christina from Paris Hotel guided us through the tour you were giving and told us it implied a 4 hour trip to Grand Cayon, 3 hours looking around on our own and a 4 hours trip back. The timing was great since we had tickets for a show that night. Christina promised us we were going to be back at 7pm. The trip also included food, lots of water and a guide that spoke spanish. We thought that was great, mostly because on of us three does not speak english. I'm going to tell you now what was the experience on the day of the tour about. Departure - a van lifted us from Paris Hotel 6.30 am Hop on the bus - we were not in the list of the tour, which meant we weren't given the lunch or apetizers for the trip Stop at Subway - were the bus pumped gas and the driver bought us a subway sandwhich with a cookie and chips (from his own money) because we didn't have our meals from the company First stop Hoover Dam - we were not told we were going to do this Second stop - Route 66 - We weren't told this either Up to here, the guide was only speaking english, through the bus speakers which didn't function, so neither of us three could understand anything he said. Arrival to Grand Canyon - 7.30 hours after we first hop on the van that lifted us from Paris hotel. 7.30 HOURS!!!!!! Grand Canyon - the guide stayed at the bus, we didn't have a guide for it. Do you remember Christina told us we had a guide in spanish? Departure from the Grand Cayon - 5 pm we hopped on the bus again to come back. At that point, we knew that de trip to the Grand Cayon had this two unknown stops so it was a larger trip, but, we also knew that we were not going to get to Paris hotel at 7 pm. So I got closer to the guide, who was now bus driver too! and asked him about the arrival time, I told him that we were told 7 pm, but we knew we wouldn't make, and that we might loose our show tickets. He answered that we were mad to think that at 7 pm we were going to be at the hotel. I said to him, that was what Christina told us, when she sold us the tickets, he said that we have been lied to. Hop off the bus - At 9.45 pm at Wild Wild West Hotel (worst location in Vegas for three women alone at night) in order to catch an Uber to our show, to which we arrived late, of course, and missed the beggining (this without taking into account that we went in our Grand Canyon clothes without being able to even wash our faces). So, no need to say we had the worst experience with this company. If the person in Paris Hotel is not selling the tour correctly, that's their mistake for not training. If they have a % in the selling, well they are too eager to sell and not telling the truth. We talked to the other people on the bus staying at Paris Hotel, and they told us that they were lied too. Senior people. Luckily we are still young, but you can't do this to a senior people. I wrote to them with no response... Sad.

I must start with thanking Billy the kid for making my tour safe and enjoyable, worth doing again. Very informative and knowledgeable gentleman. I would recommend this tour to friends once Billy is the guide. Overall a great experience even Walter the guy I booked with online was patient and well informed. The sites and food were excellent. I especially enjoyed the view of the canyon from the west rim.
