My husband and I enjoyed this tour…in a way. Our guide must be really into right wing media….she talked about how the election was stolen, how “illegal aliens” have overrun LA because there is no border, how when people move out of California they should vote differently so their new places don’t end up terrible, how “defund the police” has made it legal to steal in LA, she talked about the song “Ten Little Indians” and how you can’t say anything anymore because everybody has to be “woke.” She really must not like California at all - how much she dislikes the state was a major theme. It was just weird. Be prepared! The tour was otherwise good, our guide just needs to leave her politics at home.

Hi Jillellen, Thank you for taking time out to write this review. It’s great you enjoyed your tour. I am sorry that you felt your guide talked too much about politics. Our goal has always been for our guests to have fun, see the sights and provide a great learning experience while visiting the LA, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills, and to never discuss politics. In over 34 years of showing folks around the LA area from all walks of life and from nearly every country in the world, she has never received this type of feedback and would be completely out of character. We prefer to keep our groups small so a great local perspective can be conveyed, and we encourage our guests to ask questions about our city. On rare occasions this can cover some sensitive issues pertaining to questions or comments asked or made by some guests. Your guide absolutely loves Los Angeles, and has called it home for over 43 years. She is very passionate about her job and loves to share her decades long accumulated knowledge. And by raising a family here in Hollywood she keeps In touch with the current now and community "insider" extras! We do appreciate all the overwhelming praise which has allowed us to be the longest running city sightseeing company in Los Angeles. But we are also glad to hear all input from all of our valued guests to help build on our decades of experience. Please give us another try the next time you pass through southern California. We wish you and your husband continued happy travels! Dave

Paul was first class all the way. Our smaller group prompted some spontaneous deviation from plan and the result was first class. Thanks again Paul for a very memorable experience.
