Guideline tours pick up was on time and the driver, Ms.Bing was excellent. She explained each and every sight seeing point very well and gave sufficient time. I trust my future tours with Viator would be as memorable as the one in LA yesterday. We got a very good understanding of LA thru her lucid explanations
