What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. The food was great (and filling), the walk through Greenwich Village was fun bust most of all Dante was authentic, funny, passionate and genuine. His love for NYC and it’s multitude of cuisines was evident. Well worth it! Thanks Dante for a great time. We will be seeing you again for the lower east side tour next time in NYC.

Perfect day for a walking plus tasting tour of the Village. Dante is very knowledgeable of the area and answered all if our questions. Seven stops with generous portions at each stop. Everything was very good, and the cupcakes at Molly's are soooo good!

Four friends and I totally enjoyed the Greenwich VIllage food tour. Dante included a lot of interesting history about the area and we even got to see the apartment building where the tv show FRIENDS were supposed to live. We walked from Penn Station to Molly's Cupcakes to meet Dante so at least we got to work off a little bit of all the wonderful calories that we consumed--which included some great pizza, bagels, and falafell! I would highly recommend this tour. Dante was very personable and made the three hours a lot of fun.
