What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

We’ve been to food tours all over the world and this has to be one of our favourite tours. Dante truly is a nice guy! He even got a special cupcake for my birthday. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful tour! To start, Dante was an amazing guide! My wife and I have been all over the world and have done food tours in most spots, however Dante brought an insight and passion that was unlike any other. Every spot we went to was very delicious and unique. Felt like real local spots. Often one down side to tours like these is you get quite full as it goes on, but Dante spread the spots apart in sections as well as gave city history and knowledge between spots. This was perfect as it gave you a chance to make room for more food. Overall amazing trip experience, guide, and a great time. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this food tour if you are in New York. We did the Greenwich food tour and loved all the food, especially the artichoke pizza! Learnt about the Greenwich Village area of New York and discovered the ‘everything’ bagel! Dante was a nice guy as his tour suggests, I mean who else would get a tattoo of your name on his back just for you?! 😉
