What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Let me start off by saying that you should come hungry because you will be stuffed by the end of this tour. Dante is AMAZING at what he does and really gave us a great tour of Greenwich Village and the food/history in the area. From the time we met up until the end, Dante was engaging with everyone in the group and his friendliness really makes him top notch. He made sure all were happy and able to eat what was on the menu. I definitely recommend Nice Guy Tours to anyone that wants to have a great time while learning and eating around this area of NYC. What an amazing day with family and friends.

We did the Greenwich Village Food Tour with Dante. It was a great way to see and learn about the neighborhoods’ history and it’s food! Dante was exceptional...the perfect combination of friendly, fun, and informative. It is quickly obvious that he loves what he does, evident in his easy banter with clients as well as the vendors and locals along the tour. From pizza to falafels, to fries to bagels to cupcakes, I would highly recommend Nice Guy Tours for a delicious and entertaining way to see Greenwich Village!
